“We met Jonathan by chance one day, and instantly we felt comfortable and knew very quickly that he was the builder we wanted to build our home.
After a few meetings and seeing his work at another subdivision, we contracted him to be our builder. From the very beginning I told Jonathan I wanted a plug ON my mantle in order to decorate the mantle during Christmas. I came in on a Friday afternoon to check on the progress of the house, and the plug had been placed on the wall BESIDE the mantle, very visible. I was told by the workers, that it could not be moved. I shared this concern with Jonathan, and when I came back on Monday afternoon the plug had been moved to the mantle, not visible at all. I was so excited and called Jonathan to ask him how that had happened over the weekend? He came to the house over the weekend and moved the plug to exactly where I wanted it. That meant so much to us and really showed us, his uncommon commitment to excellence and making it right.
Our house was completed in time and according to our contract in six months. Everyone always says that building a house is so stressful. This was our first experience building a home, and we can honestly say, that is was fun, easy, and a great experience seeing our dreams come true.
